Brand Identity Design
GrowthMindset is a staffing and services company that specializes in providing staffing for the IT industry. Started in 2017, they needed a complete brand identity system to set them apart from other staffing agencies.
Logo Creation
I chose Gill Sans as the typeface for the logotype because it has a warmth and humanity that conveys a collaborative nature. The typeface was modified for the ‘h’, ‘M’, and ‘d’ to point upward and added a seedling sprout to the ‘G’ to reinforce the concept of growth.

Color Palette
The color palette is vibrant and fresh. It reinforces the growth concept and has a secondary palette in complementary tints and shades. A grey neutral palette was created to provide balance for the brighter tones.
Corporate Typography
The primary typeface for GrowthMindset is Gill Sans for all external facing communications. For internal communications, Segoe UI was selected for internal communications as it is readily available. Brand guidelines include recommended fonts with point sizes for headlines, subhead, and body copy.
